Built form and material expression
Form House is a useful starting point for understanding this side of ISK’s work. Its architecture uses defined volumes and masonry to give the development a clear identity. The photo collection allows you to look more closely at the external forms and the material relationships.
The project is presented as a specific example of our construction work. Its design should not be taken as a standard package or a promise that every site can accommodate the same type of development.
Continuity across the build
ISK’s directly employed carpentry team provides continuity between projects and a shared understanding of the workmanship expected on site. Alongside that team, we work with specialist trades, contractors and consultants to bring the different elements of a building together.
Ronny remains personally involved in the construction. Direct relationships with clients and the design team help keep decisions connected to both the overall architecture and the detail being delivered.
Start with the proposed development
For a multi-residential enquiry, explain the site, the intended scope and the stage of the design. The more clearly the available information is identified, the more focused the first conversation can be.
- Project location and proposed number of residences.
- Current architectural drawings and design team details.
- Consultant or site information already available.
- Your programme priorities and questions about construction.
