Strathmore / Three individual responses
Courtyard House is organised around privacy, light and connection. Mission House celebrates the character of an original Spanish Mission home through renovation and extension. Arc House introduces a different architectural language, with symmetry, arched forms and French-inspired detailing.
Together, these projects show the range of design intent within a single suburb. Each residence has its own project page and supplied photo collection.
Moonee Ponds / Tradition and transformation
Craftsman House is a contemporary interpretation of Bungalow architecture, grounded in traditional detail. Post House transforms a former Post building into a family residence. Grace, currently in construction, pairs a heritage residence with a contemporary architectural addition.
Their common thread is an attention to the relationship between a building’s character and the way it is used. The project pages distinguish completed work from the residence still underway.
Essendon and Attwood / Form and structure
Alfred House in Essendon is a contemporary residence with expansive glazing and a fully integrated basement. In Attwood, Form House is a multi-residential development defined by strong forms and custom masonry.
